Imma just tell ya by the titles I played and beat:
Beat the Ocarina of Time (a buncha times).
Beat Majora's Mask.
Beaten 1.5 of the Oracle games (Seasons & Ages).
Played the Windwaker, up to halfway of the quest where you have to fish up all of the triforce fragments (that part sucked so much butt that I quit at that point)
And beaten Twilight Princess and Breath of the Wild.
Only dipped a toe into the very first two NES titles, a Link to the Past, Link's Awakening and Skyward Sword. Oh, and like up two the first two or three dungeons of the Mish Cap. And a wee bit with the Phantom Hourglass.
I consider myself a moderate fanboi.
